Rubber and Polyurethane Roll Coatings

Polymer coatings ensure minimised downtime and lower maintenance cost through prolonged usage period and easy and cost efficient repairment of the coating. Coatings also provide excellent abrasion and impact resistance qualities, as well as enable more silent and improved production process.

We provide roll coatings made of rubber, silicone and polyurethane for most of the industry areas and have decades of experience in that service.  

The roll coating type is always selected according to its intended use and the conditions of the process, and our experienced specialists are available to assist with this decision when needed. We offer the widest range of coating materials on the market, enabling us to serve the entire industrial customer base with a broad variety of needs.

We have hot casting moulds ready in use for the most common roll and reel dimensions and also the most common rubber and polyurethane qualities in stock, but we also provide specialty products, such as acid and heat resistant coatings.

Viton-, Silikon- and Hypalon-coatings are one of our special competence areas within the rubber segment. We also offer rubber sleeves of different qualities to spreader rolls. Sleeves are also available with Teflon-coating.

We have flexible capacity in use in our several units and if needed can offer quick delivery times in times of maintenance shut downs. Besides usual materials, we have also many of the special coating materials in stock for fast deliveries.  Production methods in use are hot-casting in moulds, rotational cold casting and for rubber hotcuring in autoclaves, and if needed also cold-glueing.
