Ravelast Polymers is a Finnish company, which manufactures and refurbishes custom bespoke, industrial rubber, polyurethane (PU), and silicone products and provides durable, elastic wear protection solutions as rubber and polyurethane linings and coatings.

Serving sectors such as mining, paper, food, defence, and metal industries, our products are engineered for

reliability, long service life, and process efficiency.

We have decades of experience in producing moulded rubber and hot-casted polyurethane products, roller coatings and wear protection solutions for demanding process industries — always tailored to customer needs. We want to do our part to help our customers succeed, and many of our customer relatioships are long-lasting partnerships.

Product selection covers industrial rubber and polyurethane products in the hardness range of 20-100 ShA and 50-85 ShD and we offer one of the widest range of elastic coating materials on the market, enabling us to serve the entire industrial customer base with a broad variety of needs. Our experienced specialists are available to consult with the sometimes challenging material decision when needed. So whether you need for instance custom rollers, technical seals, or wear-resistant linings, our team of experts ensures the optimal material, hardness, and coating for your specific application.

Casted and Mould Products

We offer customer bespoke high quality rubber, polyurethane and plastic mould products.

Roll Coatings

Polymer coatings ensure minimised downtime and lower maintenance cost through prolonged usage period and easy and cost efficient repairment of the coating.

Elastomer Linings and Coatings

Material handling equipment requires both mechanical and chemical resistance.

Silicone Products

We mill our own silicone mixes and provide customer specific mould products, including special qualities, such as FDA-grades and electrically conductive silicones with outstanding durability.

Special Products of Rubber and PU

We offer special solutions such as 3-A® 18-03-quality or die cut rubber products, PTFE- powder products and demanding rubber fabrication methods.

Electronic Encapsulation

The elastic encapsulation solution protects sensitive electronics from moisture, mechanical stress, and chemicals—efficiently and with long-lasting durability.

Our polymer product manufacturing is built on a certified management system that ensures consistent quality and reliability. Ravelast Oy has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certificate, following a thorough external audit of our processes.

In addition, all our facilities are certified to the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Standard and the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard, reflecting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and responsible operations.

We are part of the global Responsible Care program of the Chemical industry, in which companies promote responsible operations and strive to reduce the negative environmental impacts of their activities.

We also continue to work on further reducing the carbon footprint of our operations. Through our commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative, we aimed to cut our carbon footprint by 75% from the 2022 level and have already surpassed this target by 2024, while our efforts to reduce emissions continue.
